When a customer posts a job that matches your profile and region, you receive a notification. You can immediately see what the job entails and which payment option the customer has chosen.
You can see in advance whether the customer pays in advance, has a subscription, or pays afterwards. Based on that, you decide whether you want to do the job.
After the job, the customer rates you with 1 to 5 stars. Good reviews lead to more and better jobs.
